got some one looking at the flat

on monday, so fingers crossed. im just hoping that itys just the nice kids out playing as they set a nice atmosphere, and hoping the yobbos are some where else, maybe they can go out shop lifting in oxford street or somewhere.
her place although is smaller its a conversion flat, up stairs with a huge loft, but as an added bonus right opposite high gate woods, so loads of great walks for ben, all throught the years, love it there. so really hoping for this one. but if it happens it happens if it dont fine theres always another place some where.
