This always happens to me too. If I clean the carpet you can guarantee that someone will either be sick on it or tread something nasty in it or spill something, it happens everytime without fail

Reading your post Foxy made me chuckle! Do you remember when i told you about Abe's bum exploding all over my house one monday and he did the same the following week-again on a monday! Took me hours and hours (both times) to get the smell out of carpets with steam cleaner and now have shares in 1001,Vanish,Shake n' vac,Febreeze etc... :smt089

I can laugh about it now,but at the time it wasnt so funny! :smt078

Ooh yes I remember that Steve. At least we have some nice memories of Abe that we can laugh about now the pain has gone a little bit, can't we. He was a lovely dog and I'm sure Vegas will follow in his footsteps Has Vegas not disgraced himself on your carpets yet?

It's when they do stuff like this I wish I had cats!!

This reminds me of when I came home from work and my GSD Jasper had explosive diarrhoea all over my lounge carpet I cried for half an hour as I was trying to get it out and the smell - oh God I remember it oh so well! YUCK!!
