Computer question

Hi everyone!!

I have a question regarding something that has been driving me crazy and was wondering if any of you computer savvy individuals could help me out.

I purchased a computer game for my daughter that she has been begging for forever and I can't get it to work. I keep getting a message that says my "Graphics Adaptor has experienced an internal error" and that I should " contact my graphics Adaptor manufacturer for tech support"

All greek to me!!

Anyway, when it comes to the inner workings of a computer I am clueless.

Please help.

Thanks and Aloha!

What comp you got and what game are you trying to install.

you have to got to the device manager you get there by going to the control panel then system then Hardware then device manager in there is all the compents that are in your meachine near the top click on the + next to display adpters and it will show the type of video card you have installed.

You might need windows updateing since it's new you def need SP1.
