New bunny home!

Picked up my new bunny from the RSPCA this morning. His name is Twix and he's a year old. Got him as a companion for my female, Cookie. First meeting ok but keeping them in seperate hutches for now, just until they get used to each other. He seems very interested in her but she seems quite afraid and runs when ever he comes close. Shall give them time, they can see each other through the mesh in the hutch and hopefully they'll learn to love each other!

Twix

Aww lovely bunnies. It's nerve wracking the introductions but I really hope it works as well as mine last year. Lizzie and Chaz are now inseperable

Aww how cute, Twix reminds me of a English cross Frenchie that was hand reared by a breeder in Wales that I know but smaller. Did the rescue say anything about his breed or the mixes in him, as he does remind me a lot of the English and I've seen some as heavily marked as him

There was a bit of fur flying but didnt seem to be any genuine aggression there so fingers croessed!

They didnt say what he was, not sure they knew to much about him, He is quite small, not quite a dwarf but not full size. He's very sweet though.

Me to. although so far Cookie seems to think he's a huge scary monster that must be avoided at all cost!
