Good afternoon all.

Nowt wrong with a sleep in now and then Kelly. Makes up for all the sleepless nights

On the cool side again this morning. but thankfully, despite the dark clouds it stayed dry.

Just had a Tesco delivery and boy oh boy it's hard when they don't bring it in bags, but we go there in the end

Hubby does the ordering but I think he must not have been in the mood this time. Got skimmed milk instead of semi and he's bought the wrong coffee, but hey ho, we'll use it anyway

Can't believe that at the end of May I've put a couple of heaters back on. Who'd have thought it?

Chris...we struggle the same with Tesco.... it's bloody annoying having no bags. Yes...I agree, it's freezing here too.
Just been over to Steve's....he has been a bit odd and difficult over the past few days, I have just spent an hour sat with him and he was talking about his dad and family again.....has mentioned Changing his name again so I have just looked into that for him. I did manage to get him to take a vitamin d tablet....I am hoping that they will help his mood

For those of you that have Tesco deliveries I use a snack/tea trolley that has three shelves. When the delivery arrives I have my laundry basket on the top. The delivery person fills that up and I then take that to the kitchen while the delivery person fills up the trolley. They go and I wheel the trolley into the kitchen and off load. Hey presto jobs done. Hope that helps.

We just chuck it into the bags, I have the 2 dogs to keep calm so tend to sneak off into the garden.
I am fed up of having stuff forced into me, our waste here doesn't go to landfill, the waste is burnt and the heat produced goes to heat schools, the university and other council buildings. It's like you go to Primark, you go in, it's nice weather... you get your shopping and it's put into a paper bag, you go out and it's chucking it down, you get part way to the bus stop, the bag disintegrates and your new stuff is on the mucky floor. I never ever just use a carrier and chuck it, it's used a few times before being used for food waste
