All I see is poor neglected dogs and by neglected I do not mean matted but cases where treatment should have been administered by a Vet and obviously had not. So if you have the experience then do tell What is it they actually do apart from keep taking??
You accuse rescues of 'keeping quiet' and virtually imply they do nothing about neglect cases -
