Well done Mish---thats really good.

I had a bad week last week---first time since Christmas and Christmas was 'allowed'. Having gone down a size I seem to have slowed a bit but I am still getting into different clothes every week that I haven't worn for years. This week was good and I don't feel I am going to stuff myself today because I can. Thats a good and different mind set for me.

Good luck to all next week.

Been losing weight steadily at 1 - 2 pound per week .
My mind is completely set on this weight loss and I'm pleased with how it's going. Not suffering at all . Will be starting to look for clothes to wear for my daughter's wedding at the beginning of April . Have gone down 1- 2 sizes and that's probably enough for me to be lookng ok .
Good luck to everyone else . If you stick at it long enough you will lose weight and the suffering does get less and it becomes a way of life

I've done it! I've reached that first stone! In 9 weeks.

Thank you WWs.

OK, so I've got another 5 to go still but I don't care. I'm on the right track!

Whoooooooo ;o)
