am here sort of :)

Have laptop here today so I can log on from time to time ...........am doing ok just resting as much as I can ....am hopeing the dr will get me in to pysio one day this week which should help a lot....

am about keeping an eye on you all LOL

have a traped nerve in my shoulder .......shoulder seems ok its my arm that keeps going dead

Sorry to hear about your shoulder Inca.

I've had problems with my shoulders and I know how painful and irritating it can be.

aww I hope the doc can do something.

I have a doc's appointment at 2 pm today. Have been home sick for over a week now... Cough, sore throat and a cold.
