Can hibiscrub go off?

I've got a bottle of hibiscrub unopened and dated Aug 06, got this for our last dog Della from vets but never needed it. Will I still be ok to use this or do you think I should get a new bottle?
Thank you

hibiscrub is nothing more than pure alchohol, sometimes neat or in a water-based gel. If its evaporated then its no good, and if its gone rock hard, its no good either. Otherwise its cool as it'll kill anything that gets in.

I recently finished a bottle first opened in late 2004- it'll be fine and do its' job I'm sure. I used to be a vet nurse if that helps put your mind at rest!
