That's Rusty - the lab that was confiscated by the RSPCA last year and his owners were prosecuted.

He looks much better now though.

I felt the presenter was rather rude to them,,two clearly old men, one looks like he may have had a stroke,, and that little **** getting all smarty assed with them, glad he changed his tone a tad,,,towards the end,. respect your elders and all that,,,
