I really liked the pics of Jas (I did reply over the other place) they were comical (thanks to Ryan lol). I think he is looking good, especially since it has been "dad" walks lol. I know my two are like pigs anytime I am away and it is left to himself.

Cassy isn't looking too bad but she does need to loose a few lbs and tone up....I started biking again the other night after a break....god I think I need it more than her I had a stitch after the first hill & had to stop she was looking at me like "get a move on" lol. Not even out of breath....I really need to stop smoking lol.
