Mail from Spain not getting through

We have Outlook and NTL and some relatives from Spain keep getting this Delivery Status Notification around 48 hours after they try to mail us:

Failed; 4.4.7 (delivery time expired)

Yet they can mail my Hotmail account with no problems. They are on tiscali

Any ideas what the problem could be?

NTL has been having alot of problems with their e mail for abit now since you can get your e mail from msn and not NTL this points to them(NTL) I would contact them to see why it times out cause it's NTL's server that is not excepting the mail from spain.

I tried to send you mail a couple times before and had it returned saying first that it was delayed then that it had failed

Then I meant to pm you then forget
