A very enjoyable day, also met someone who was on the Zoopharmacognosy seminar last Sunday who remarked on my significant change of breathing when the Valerian came out!

David is a very engaging speaker, looking forward to his third book.

Interesting about the Valerian, I use scullcap and valerian (for my dog during the fireworks season) but am also considering using the Valerian compound (or is it "tincture"? ) for her when/if there are any sudden bangs ...

What happened to your breathing SB?

So, nearly finished tweaking my notes on this (15 pages), not much to do on the Gwen Bailey one, got to complete the Zoopharmacognosy notes and then the 50 (eeek) pages of notes from Nicholas Dodman.

I may have to give up working at this rate!

I am very lucky, I am being given all the notes from the Dr Dodman seminar. I was promised a while back, it's great that the friend remembered

She said she's made 50 pages, too

It will be like reading a short book

Fortunately it will not take long to tweak as I touch type directly onto my laptop faster than I can write longhand and I do not have to decipher hieroglyphics! I usually have to spell check though.

I am afraid I very rarely share my notes with anyone.

Hurrah, one down, three to go. Just finished writing up David's seminar; 12 pages of A4 typed in Arial 11, just over 4000 words.
