R.I.P Auntie Carole

Carole died Thursday the 2nd of June, Cremated tomorrow.
Here is what I have written on a card with champagne on the front;

The picture on the front of this card symbolises celebration, at this moment in time we are mourning the death of a beloved daughter, sister and aunt.
To many Carole was a confidant and a friend. Tough on the outside and completely soft on the inside. As this card symbolises celebration, lets celebrate, not Carole's death but her life, Lets celebrate how she was always the life and soul of the party, how she was always there for those who needed her, be they human or beast.

Let us not forget how she lived her life and how she left us; fighting but always accepting of her fate. To me, Carole was like the wizard of Oz; she gave her friends and family, courage, heart and wisdom - right to the end.

Thats some of what I have written - I can only go this far then I burst out in tears, so I will leave it there.
I may be taking on one of the cats she took on as a stray, depending on whether or not he is dog friendly.

So to Carole - forever in our memories.

Thanks guys, it's really lovely to know you're here for me. I will pass on your messages to my family - some aren't coping as well as others. I think it'll only hit me when we get to the crematorium today.
