Harley

On Saturday, my daughter and son-in-law had to put their 11 1/2 retriever to sleep. They had gone on holiday, when I had a phone call from the person looking after him that he had breathing problems. I thought he had something caught in his throat, but the vet said he had fluid around his heart and in his lungs, he gave him an injection and some tablets and I took him back to the farm. I spent the night with him and the family came back the next day, sadly he took a turn for the worse and they had him pts. It is hearbreaking when this happens, he had such a happy life with his playmate Jenson, I think it makes it harder as I have his brother Morgan. Morgan is in good health but the suddeness of Harley's death scares the hell out of me and I will be taking him to my vet to have him checked out.
Run free Harley, go with the wind. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
