My Day at the Yard, by Misty (Spaniel Cross!)

Mummy took me to a place she calls 'The Yard' on Wednesday and Thursday! I have to say, what a fantastic 2 days they were, I hope her boss lets me go again! I wasn't too keen on these big animals Mum calls horses, but I'm sure I'll come around eventually!! I did get better the longer I was there, but still wuffed at them on the Thursday morning, when Mum was turning them out!

I had such a good time, running in the fields, playing on the mcuk heap in the pooh, and just being free to jump all over Mum when she was supposed to be working! There was a few people coming and going, and they all gave me a big fuss, and they all LOVED me, but hey, whats not to love!

Anyway, on with the pictures! Mum apologises for the poor quality, but they were taken on her phone!

On the Muck Heap, I've discovered a new delicacy, it's called Horse Poo!

It really was fantastic, I went home a very tired girl! I just went a slept like the good pooch that I am!

Mummy says she's going to speak to the boss tomorrow, to see if I am allowed again, as the boss was away last week! Not sure I'll be allowed, Wispa, the resident dog, isn't very friendly and Mum says I am just to precious to risk!

Lovely photos - one pupper had a good time. My that tack roim took me back, i can almost smell the delicious scent of leather, hear horses chomping & smell that lovely earthy horse smell ........ Showing my age reminiscing!!!
