Revenge of Oh FFS
Finally got hold of the dog warden, and found out something interesting...Apparently, when I wash my balcony, the disinfectant is seeping through the balcony down to the one below.
The senior dog warden (they have ranks?!!
) had a look after the card was dropped in my letter box, and was the one who answered my call this morning. Apparently she has told the Housing Office to get my drains sorted ASAP, and I need not worry. Furtermore she was of the opinion that either the *droppings* on the staircase are from something Jack Russel/Yorkie size, or Willow has a serious problem.So I'm happier.

Well I reckon you should charge the people below you for disinfecting their balcony too

i have had the same thing but from people pointing and saying your dog did that when it was obviously a tiny dog or a cat even i think all that happens is people ring and say there are poohs and so and so has a dog
glad she was understanding
