Question for the ladies?

right here goes ......been having the Depot jab for about 5 years ( no more babies wanted here) but yet again I have to run to the doctors today cos it was due on Monday and I have forgotton ....I am thinking about being sterilsed...anyone had it done or know any pro's and cons I should consider ?????

inca i,ve been steralised for 10 years now and it,s the worse thing i ever did
before i was i didn,t even know i was having my monthlys
now they are sooooo painful and very heavy
when i asked the doctor he said yes it is very common in steralised women
if i,d known i would never have had it done

Ye my hubby had it done 12 years ago, we went to the hospital and it was done in 15 mins and he could then come home. He was a little sore for about 48 hours, but nothing major and since then we have never had to worry!!!

You been sterilised is a far far bigger op and you are invalid for aout 6 weeks.

6 weeks !!!!!!!!!!!! might have to speak to the doctor today ..........LOL OH is a big baby it will prob be left to me anyway
