just got to get a right angle bend and support brackets tomorrow. Wikes and B and Q didn't have any. and Q have water butts and stands albeit the stands were upside down and full of water. So off to screwfix where they have been ordered for collection tomorrow

Then it will look better all squared off. those top wooden arms collapsed twice and water butt missed the greenhouse luckily

well done the best I could and just a couple of drips from a joint. The water diverter is old and completely different from modern ones. One one white plastic pipe was dated 1986 if that was anything to go by.. Trying to marry up old and new is a nightmare . If I had bought a new diverter the sprout to the water butt is larger 22mm against 19mm so it might have meant getting a new water butt as well and drill a 22mm hole in it for the pipe to fit into it.
