For Ingrid (Maplecottage)... pics of dogbaskets

Hi Ingrid

I remember you saying Fern would only be crated as a puppy and then get a basket.

And I said I would take some pics of Luna's baskets for ya....

This was her puppy basket...

How it looked for the first few days:

And this is how it looked very fast:

Then at christmas 2003 she had a bigger basket, cos "surely she was old enough to leave it alone" She was 8 months old at that time

Uhm I'll let the pics speak for themselves:

Oh and she had chews.....

Enjoy the puppyhood - and no, I dont regret a single moment, and would do it all over again

Hugs J

Luna was so cute in that pic! And I see she prefered the taste of her bed rather than dog chews!

Buy cheap baskets until the teething stage is over

If you are crating Fern then you should not have a problem as, by the time he transfers to a basket, he should be over teething and will also have learned what is and what is not appropriate to chew on

These are cheap baskets Luckily... And I would have thought that the teething stage would be over by the age of 8 months???

Det var så lidt Ingrid

Oh and AM... Luna did share the little basket with a cat. I haven't scanned that pic apparently but will when I get home and thank you. She was an ickle sweetie back then
