Well done Rianna and welcome home. I expect Cassey was pleased to see her also.

Oh Harvey, I'm soooo pleased to see that Rianna is back home with you. I was getting quite concerned.
I hope this is a one off. What did the vet have to say about it?

Absolutely wonderful Harvey that Rianna is home. What a scare it was for you but at least you know now and will recognise it should it happen again, but of course we pray that it will not. ~Casey as well as yourselves, must be so glad to have her home~ God bless you all.

Great news! Now Rianna listen to your Auntie Barbara .. the next time you feel you need to get away from it all, please ask your Dad to book you on a cruise and don't give him a fright like you did this time!

The top man is now completely satisfied it was ideopathic vestibular disease and not a brain tumour. He has warned it could happen again. Such a lot of new words I've learned in the last three days

Humans can get it too, it's all about the nerves that run from the ear to the limbs and the 'balance' mechanism that is located in the ear.

But given your previous life I expect you know about these things

She has started to eat a small amount, thankfully that was enough to get her tablets in today, she hates pills, I usually have to crush them and sprinkle on cooked rice to get them into her

Thanks again to all of you for your thoughts and concern, she is a special dog to us and I do believe Cassy is getting to like her too

The vet hospital 'room charges' were much the same as the QEII

I can imagine the cost Harvey Ollie was £50 a night and that was 4 years ago.

You will have to send Cassey out to work to help pay her bills. When Jenna was in for her 5 days I didn't get much change from £4,000 thank goodness for insurance but she was worth every penny.

Hope Rianna goes on to have a good life now with no further episodes.
