''That's the kinda dog I want ''

I hear this a lot from people when they see Coco .
But she's really not ..
She's takes more exercise than Ozzie ..
She hunts .
She chases .
She guards..
She needs more training than my other dogs .
And if we hadn't taking care of her puppy biting and rebelliousness when she was young she would be handful ...

I love her to bits but looks can be deceiving..lol

Lol, I heard that a few times about Rupert. I was like "oh trust me, you do NOT want a dog like this!"

We get that too! The best is when she's on the train and you get 'Oh she's so well behaved, I wish mine was like that!' it's like, yeah, because I've spent three years training her to go on trains and she's just been out for the whole weekend and is too knackered to be a menace

People used to say that about sweep, and he was the dream dog tbf. haha.

People say it about my friends parsons russel who is a lunatic, and the only way she can slightly keep a lid on her is to take her to work where she comes and hacks out the horses with her, goes round the yard/field with her etc, then has a lovely farm to run round at home! Any less and she is a nightmare!

People say exactly the same about Little Molly (she's a Yorkie. You have seen photies).

She is an adorable little girl, but now being 12, is blind in one eye, and can be a bit snappy when taken by surprise. She is mummy's little girl, but if anyone gets in the way, she shows her lovely white gnashers. Mindy is a great distraction. She is a brilliant deterrent whilst I calm Molly down.

At least we know our dogs.

I hear this ALL the time about Keiko.

As if a Malamute makes a good pet for the average joe on the street. There's a reason you see a lot of huskies and mals in rescue, and it's because they aren't just a pretty face. Keiko is well bred and has a great temperament, but a lot are byb and puppy farm dogs these days which are not easy to live with.

People always say this about Willow (AkitaxGSD) but I agree with them - I'd have another like her tomorrow if I could find one
