In the world of dog shows. Does anyone know what a c list is?

It refers to the level of experience of judging the C list is for judges learning their trade .

Yes, a C list judge has the support of their breed club, but has only judged the breed at open or Limited shows.

That's right. The C list is the first rung on the judging ladder. Next rung up is the B list, then A3, A2 and then A1.
