Yipee... Target Weight !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to WW this evening and i have gone past my target weight............................................ ...

Started at 13.6LB now 11.4LB

I was 10.5LB for years and am 5 8" I dont really want to loose much more but would be happy at 11 stone for my height.

Wow thats brilliant Trixy - I'm trying to lose a bit too - well not really trying hard enough I have lost about 1/2 stone just need to lose about another stone and 3lbs and I will be happier

Congratulations you have done really really well and so quickly too

Thank you all x I suppose oh being on it too as helped, and he has lost loads, but did put on this week

I used to drink loads of fruit juice ( long-life ) as I always have an insatiable thirst. Water only or diluted fruit juice now. Tea , well I used to drink gallons, but now have 3-4 cups only, without sugar just sweetner.

Meals consist of veg, and white meat, or fish, loads of salads in the summer, casseroles now, and punnets of fruit!!

I have cut out 99% bread and potatoes, and really don't miss them either!

Then for my sweet tooth I have the WW bars occasionally.

It has taken me around 4.5 months at a steady weight loss, and naturally I am chuffed to monkeys!!!
