First ride out with dogs :)

As it says, did a short ride out today with all 3 dogs, OH was there to run interference if needed, I was worried about them trying to jump up at me and spooking Dior but it all went really well . . .

Quick turnaround


We were only out for 20 mins had to do a quick turn around as the weather changed quickly and the rain was coming in We only walked whilst out and the dogs did brill, not one jump up and Dior was fantastic even when the dogs dropped in to follow behind ( which I moved them on from quickly ) or came running back to me, she even stepped around Poppy who'd stopped in the middle of the path for a poo

Lily was there but she was far too busy sniffing out rabbits to worry about me

We had a little trot back down the field, mainly to beat the rain and the dogs just loped beside me

So all in all a good experience for us all

Oops she, sorry!! Pardon my ignorance, but what does standard bred mean? No particular breed?

I tried it once with my Gordon Setter but it didn't work!

A Standardbred is a breed of horse bred for racing, they are either pacers or trotter,and race under saddle or in a sulky.
