Pigs Cheeks

Does anyone know a good way to cook them please? a newly discovered delicacy(i hope), any recipes, old or new much appreciated

my mum cooked them the other week for our lunch!

she gently fried them in butter, garlic. onions and fresh chives, served with boiled new/jersey potatoes and green beans.

Ohh that sounds good I didn't know if they had to be slow cooked/braised, not something have tried before.

I saw them being cooked on tv a while ago and they pan fried them. Sounds horrible but actually looked really nice!

I think they must be nice too Have seen a lot of chefs on tv saying that cheaper cuts of meat are the best recently, but some need longer cooking. I will eat just about anything n would much rather cook brisket of beef or cheaper cuts/offal than burgers n cheap sausage etc. or pay for more expensive cuts of meat. New Year feast coming up

That's ok, i always try anything my dog/s eat n if they're as good as they sound your dogs are very lucky
