Many thanks to you all No more so far - just the 3. Always a wee bit scared to say too much

It is PJ, Helena, that was poorly but hopefully she is rallying around - Soochie is being her usual noisy self, in between saying a few choice words

Many thanks again to you all for your wishes - they do help both Loki and me.

Hugs to you all xx

I think many on here admire the way you cope Brandykins.

Now about these 'few choice words'?

Oh go on! Do tell!

I too am always amazed by how calm and accepting you are whilst dealing with Loki and the fits.......I am sure that it must help her recover quickly. Such a shame that she has to keep going through it though and massive cuddles for both of you.

I hope that PJ is over the worst now as well - you are a very lucrative client for your vet!

Many thanks Tang, Bitkin and Lacey No more and I am keeping my fingers crossed! Loki slept most of the day - although she did get up to go to her toilet, which is an indoor one. I live on the top floor flat of a two storey block and when she first started her fits nigh on 7 years, I couldn't get her down the stairs obviously, so just trained her to carry on with her indoor one! She was perky though and did walk around a wee bit - with Soochie asking her how she was - I kid you not!

PJ has eaten a wee bit more and drank some more water, so fingers crossed!!

Many thanks again for your wishes for them both and your kind comments to me

Take care xx

So sorry to hear that Loki has had another cluster of fits, but hope things will settle down again for her. Glad to hear that PJ the parrot is feeling perkier too. Sounds as though you have quite a menagerie there
Fingers crossed that Loki has no more fits. Roxy has her paws crossed too xx

I hope all is okay Rose, and Loki hasn't had any more fits. I did laugh, reading about Soochie asking her how she was.

Many thanks Susannah and Linda, no more and I am keeping my fingers crossed that will be all for another wee while!

She did waken me up at 3 am wanting water - she whines and makes wee barking noises, so got up and gave her water!

She is now back sleeping again.

PJ was sick again this morning, so need to call in her vet (Loki's vet doesn't do parrots)! Will see how she is as the day goes on though first!

Many thanks again to you both

Good luck at the vet with PJ. I don't know anything about parrots but I hope the vet can give you something to clear it up. Fantastic news about Loki - I hope she stays fit-free for a long time now.
