I think the appeal is on Tuesday they were saying on his page. I think it is also poor Lennox's birthday today.

Its sad But

Its taken a year to access this dog and the out come it has being found a dangerous dog(pit bull) under the DDA. Petitions are not going to help this dog.

What will help dogs like this in future is to try to overturn the DDA.

It’s upsetting and sickening to think that this still goes on!! Poor dogs, they cant help the way they look!!!

Even if the petition does no good people can still get their voices and opinions heard on the matter.

Not that I think it should ever need to apply to dogs, but some of my friends keep far way more ‘dangerous’ animals than a dog that looks a certain way!! They use a DWAL licence so maybe something like that could be used for breeds deemed ‘dangerous’. Okay granted you’re not likely to see a scorpion, monkey or Eyelash Viper on the street etc, but surely it’s gotta be better than putting them down all the time

.
The owners are appealing the decision. He wasnt found to be a dangerous "pitbull". He is an amer bulldog/lab cross. The dog isnt dead yet & while he is still alive there is hope

The dog was a loving family pet for 5 years before he was taken away
