We Have

We have been visited all winter by a little Robin, anyway he's been coming over the past few weeks, yesterday I spotted him on the fence wth moss and twigs in his mouth obviously he was building a nest somewhere.

Well this morning whilst out with the dogs in the garden he was taking his bits of moss into our bird box on the house wall.

So it's looks like we are going to be having a new family of Robin's moving in

That's brilliant and how exiting for you, lets hope they manage to raise a lovely big healthy family

I remember a few years ago when I had an allotment, we had a Wren nesting in the shed, and I ended up keeping all my bits outside the shed so as not to disturb them

Lovely. I look forward to lots of pics! I love robins, such freindly little birds. We used to have one that lived in the garden when I was growing up. He used to come and sit on dads spade handle and wait for him to dig up the worms when he was gardening.
