Max at vets today - inflamed trachea

Well I took Max in with me today for a full health check.

Explained that he seems to get puffed out quite quickly for a young dog, that he collapsed the other week and how he was snappy with other dogs the other day. He has also been coughing over the past 2 days or so.

She gave him a full check and found that his trachea feels quite inflamed and he is making a funny noise when pressure is applied. His gum colour also looked slightly pale so we took some blood. The results came back normal with no anaemia.

He has a 5 day course of antibiotics finishing on Monday to see if this helps at all.

Aw poor Max - I do hope it clears up sooner rather than later. The medication will, hopefully, clear it up. Big doggy kisses and hugs from Loki and cuddles from me xx

He had a KC vaccine not long ago but has never actually had KC same thing though I have taken his collar off and just see how he goes after AB's. If I'm still worried after the holiday then I am to take him back and possibly do some further investigation.
