Just take our word for it, it's horrendous! I'll post some pictures in about 6 months it will still be bad then believe you me.

I am so sorry to hear of your bad experience.

You wouldn't think that any dog groomer would want owners to go home with dogs looking awful, because that's how you build a good reputation and build up the business.

Although I am not the worlds best, I groom my girls, have a little trim, cut nails to tidy it up.

Dave was more upset .....think its cos i had spoken to you i knew what to expect

i don't mind if you post a before and after pic CC it might make people realise to speak up at the groomers unless they want to bring a jack russell look alike home

Know how you must be feeling Inca.

I was a sad when one of the owners had taken Zara sister Lucy to the groomer, they shaved all over the the top of the body, leaving the sides and ears ;-(.
She had beed spayed so changed texture of the coat.

Obviously by the time I new it had already been done.

Why oh why wouldn't a groomer want to enhace the features of the breed.
