Dog has times when she constantly is licking her noise....

My toy poodle has times when she will spend a minute or more constantly licking her nose while her head is moving slightly. Im worried this might be a seizure or an OCD thing.

Tulsa, sorry I'm not much help to you. I have a small dog who licks his nose or at least constantly flicks his tongue in and out as though licking something and have often wondered why. I thought maybe it was a small dog thing. I hope someone more knowledgeable comes on with an answer.

To me, it looks like they are literally licking air.
