Something In My Pc ? Urgent !!

Yesterday & today I have been online only to find whatever page I am on change to some gambling site. A few minutes ago the dogsey page changed to a website with screenshots to download as wallpapers.

Don't know what's going on, scans are picking nothing up. Can anyone help ?

I'm on Windows xp, using firefox.
