I googled you to find out what methods you use and came across this on your website-

Our consultations are very hands on and Billy will rehabilitate unwanted behaviour by firstly establishing pack leadership and then by using a variety of techniques observing your canines body language, and using his techniques appropriately according to your canines behavior.
Billy is self taught and he offers the vast 34 years experience and knowledge he has gained from raw experiences and interaction with canines making him a formidable and capable Alpha Male

I don`t believe in Alpha Male theory, would deeply resent anyone being `hands-on` with my dog and at the very least would require some qualifications from a behaviourist.
So I won`t be coming.

I dont think people should call themself "behaviourist" without having qualifications,

dont get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with self taught.. after all I am, but I never claim to be a behaviourist,

I do wonder if people give themself that name to add cost

I have to say, I felt the whole thing was aimed at getting work in for the trainer.

My understanding is the alpha shouldn't have to be hands on. 'Hands on' is the beta enforcer's role!

I'm sure she knows I was joking

Also, what Rich C said is right. The use of the term 'hands on' sounds a bit sinister to me anyway.
