Great pics of Nigredo and Jade there. Bella goes 'invisible' too as it starts to get dark! Must get her a flashing wotsit thingie!

I'm laughing at Jade. 'I'm just staring at the wall here - nothing to see - move along' lol!

I had a cat for 16yrs that DID just stare at the wall. For ages on end. I'm sure he had mental problems.

Thanks, Tang. Jade was being sneaky (or so she thought). I think a "flashing whatsit thingy" for Nigredo is a good idea too . He disappears at night into the yard completely if he has to potty, can't see a blasted thing.

Then, he is the deepest black of all blacks, not even that "dusty brown" that many black dogs actually are. Almost blue black TBH. Impossible to see with no light. Have gotten up in the middle of the night a few times and fallen/stepped over/on him. He sleeps like a log BTW, VERY hard to wake.

After a bit of time outside, a "NIGREDOOOO!!" and flash!! Here he comes. If Jade goes out with us, I can follow her head to see where he is, apparently she can see in the dark or something because she keeps her eye on him the entire time.

If Nigredo lay on that bed when you were in it he'd flatten you .............. he is SOOOOOOOO big

I love his silly ears as well. Jade is more clever than I give her credit for. Granted I saw her anyway, but what she tried to do was smart nonetheless.

Aw MF I just love all those photos - and your captions! I do love Nigredo, such a handsome laddie. Those are fun pics of Jade, she is a lovely lass.

Aww, bad mommy for playing with Nigredo's ears! Actually if he is anything like Pereg he probably loves you twiddling his ears, so not bad mommy after all!
