a tin of campbells condensed soup add some water ...then add this to some cooked down mushrooms and ham
then pour ontop of some pasta

HI Lel, you're probably better off avoiding all types of processed and ready to gofoods because all the preservatives and junk that go into them adds to the weight as well, not just the carbs, and they are incredibly bad for you.

Have you tried a hot cold salad? We have them all the time coz they are delish

Take a good cup of cubed or sliced beetroots, an avocado for your omega fatty acids, rocket chopped finely, basil leaves chopped finely, a sprinkle of natural nuts of your choosing (i.e. pinenuts etc), toss together. Then add warm baby potatoes , drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar and toss once again. (avoid processed salad dressings as well).

It is quite a refreshing meal. Always down a glass of water at the end of a meal so your tummy doesn't trick you into thinking you're still hungry - works a treat.

If you can try and keep all your flavours natural - like fresh garlic, ginger, basil etc, and if you can do organic even better, the flavours are so full, and not to mention that you are avoiding the usual pesticides

Hope this helps.
