For Malady
Fudge bars
half cup of flour,
half cup of crushed corn flakes,
half cup of coconut,
3 oz margarine,
half teaspoon of baking powder,
1 dessert spoon of cocoa powder,
Icing:
1 cup of icing sugar,
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder,
Method:
Mix dry ingerdients, melt margarine and pour onto dry ingerdients, knead it in slightly, press into a baking tray, bake in the oven at 315 F for 20 - 25 mins,
Prepare choc icing to a thick consistency and pour over hot fudge as it come out of the oven, allow to cool then cut into fingers when it's set slighly, do this before it becomes too hard.
Let them cool, then enjoy.
