if anyone was going to do heart surgery on my dog I would prefer them to be a cardiologist

thats my thing too..i don't think they are qualified..and i don't want this pup being some kinda experiment for them

yea..thats what they say and the pup is supposed to be normal and healthy afterwards..and oh I am supposed to be able to take him home right afterwards..this is not in my town it is a good hour and 1/2 from where i live..

Maybe I can find out more today they guaranteed me the vet would call me today and I have made a list of questions to ask?Any" specific" questions I should ask?

what grade is the murmer ???? most important ........what are his chances if he dosen't have surgery and will he need to be on medication all his life after ......

I would also ask the vet to refer you to a cardiologist for more tests before you decide to go for the op.

it all sounds a bit dodgy to me can you get your own vet to refer you to a vet college and speak to someone more experienced?
