Recommend a bed for allergic dog?

please can anyone recommend a bed for a dog allergic to dust mites and storage mites?

my staffie x (Coleman) is allergic to dustmites and storage mites. i need a bed that will accommadate Coleman and Buster my american bulldog. they like to share a bed

can anyone recommend a bed that is good for dogs with allergies and is large enough to accomdate the two boys?

i've just had a look at those beds. there great! i think the largest size they do would suffice in the waterproof range. still looking but this seems the best so far.

Have a look at Kudos beds. Another waterproof durable alternative.I have tried others but these have been the best I have had and I wouldn't have anything else now. I like the oval ones.

I bought a veterinary kennel matress from here

it is fully waterproof so can be wiped daily

I have had both Kudos and Tuffies beds (My dogs are often wet) and they are both easy to clean etc.

Out of the two I have found the Tuffies the most robust. I had kudos ones made to measure for my previous car cages but TBH next time I will buy tuffies, the original covering is the strongest.

I live with the "Dark Destroyer" of beds and so far, although two Kudos beds have gone to mee their maker (at £60 a pop including orthopaedic mattress) the Tuffies are on their 3rd year.

i think i am going to go with a tuffies bed. they do seem the best i've come across.

Tuffies will make you a bed whatever size/thickness you want. Just give them a call.

Alternatively use a duvet style bed and buy one of the human anti-allergy covers
