Duke - Dally (06/09 - 01/11)

My old boss (worked for her for 5years and still good friends) called me the other day to tell me that one of her dally pups, Duke, had been run over and killed outside the shop (also her house). Sounds like he escaped the garden and just ran out onto the road - died instantly. He wasn't even 2 yet

He leaves behind his brother Jasper from the same litter and her old dally Max (12years)

When she called I thought it was about Max as he's going slowly downhill but to hear it was one of the pups was such a shock

R.I.P. Duke - run free boy

(he's on the left, Jasper on the right)

Thank you for your thoughts... Jasper is a bit down atm but that's to be expected I guess. Took him out with Kia this morning which seemed to cheer him up but she'll never replace his brother

Aww I am very sorry to hear this. What a stunning dog he was (I do have a big spot for spotted horses and dogs, s'cuse the pun), I hope both his other dogs are coping ok.

R.I.P Duke xx
