Good piccies. Derek lives in a lovely spot. Did you do any training at his place in the hills near Keswick?

We didn't get to training at his place - but we did go over and watch him demonstrating. I did feel I learned a lot - and I now understand the theory behind the lie down.....(bit like Kacye Covers B&T - well - very like actually - and I can see how it works). Not sure if it is the best way for Siren - but gonna give it a try.
