I guess the A&E you went to was good old Maydie They seem to still like handing out crutches

Sorry A&E were hopeless.

If the supps you were given were Voltarol, you can also get as a rub and I'm sure you can get it over the counter. It might give you some relief.

Thanks guys - last night was pretty restless - every time I moved, I "ouched", but, miraculously this morning, it actually feels a bit better! Baz is walking the dogs at the moment, as I am banned from doing so, so I can spend time on the sofa when the pain gets bad. I've been sitting at the PC for about 30 minutes now, and it's not started to ache yet..........

The only down side is, my back, shoulders and neck are aching. I'm guessing that's because I'm tensing up due to the leg pain. Nevertheless, definitely an improvement
