Ferrets are so fun, we have some at my college. We have one albino male who is the softest thing in the world and he licks your face if you wake him he's the centre of attention when students are around. I'd love a ferret but i doubt my parents would allow me, we hav enough pets as it is

I know nothing about them. Do they have a cage to live in and you just let them out for a play or do they roam around the house all the time? Ooooooooh I really, really want one

Thanks everyone, he is amazing and I love him loads. He never fails to make people laugh, he is so affectionate and he is definitely not smelly - as long as you keep bedding clean, and they are so easliy litter trained. He loves to splash about in the bottom of the bath which helps.
Helena I have three dogs and they all get along really well, and so funny when they all play, although his best pals are the Siamese cats. Stinky has a hutch outside although since he had that poorly spell a few weeks ago i have moved him into the porch and hes living in a dog crate, and sleeping in a cat igloo, but he still spends a lot of time running around the house....and he gives the best cuddles
The important thing is lots of handling especially when young

but what is reli funny is my cat is frightened of my rabbits and the ferrets!
the ferrets jump on he and he screams.
