18mth blue male staffy missing from Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire [REUNITED]

I am posting this on behalf of a friend who is not a member of Dogsey.

His blue male staffy Tori went missing on the 17th November 2012. He is uncastrated and microchipped.

He went missing from Heath & reach, Leighton Buzzard (Bedfordshire) although the person could have been just passing through and may be from further afield. A man in his late 30's was seen catching Tori and putting him in a dull red Peugeot. Tori has been registered on most of the lost dog sites, and all local kennels vets and wardens have been contacted. Police have been contacted and are looking into CCTV footage. There is a reward for Tori's safe return.

He is a really soppy boy and is a treasured part of the family so they are desperate to find him. If you have any information please either send me a message on here or contact Matt on wrigm1967@btinternet.com.

Thank you!

Thank you, that is much appreciated. There is a story on him in the Leighton Buzzard Observer today if you want to point your friends towards it.

Yes we have been searching every avenue including Fbook sites, preloved, puppy sites etc. Have also notified the police, dog warden, local kennels and rescue shelters and vets.

I forgot to add that he is microchipped and registered with my friend's details. He is also uncastrated. I will edit the original post if possible.

I hope they find him soon - sounds like they want him for breeding as his colour is quite sought after.

I am sorry to read this. It is so upsetting when a dog is stolen I really hope he is found very soon and reunited with his family.

I am delighted to confirm that Tori was returned to his rightful owner yesterday He is in good health, (if a little fat!) and was very excited to be home. Thank you to everyone who kept their eyes peeled and shared my post. Fab end to 2012!
