RIP Chippy 1994-2010

After a short illness I'm sorry to say that Chippy took a turn for the worst today and had just too much going against her so after consultation with our vet we made the decision to let her go.

Chippy was the first Cat or Dog that Karen and I had 'together' and it seems like yesterday we picked her up in an oven chip box. I guess these will be some of my first pictures of her.

I hope this one is OK to post. She was on her blanket tonight before we burried her and big Paddy came over and started to wash her. Eventually he gave up and just lay down with her. This is our last picture.

Despite being a little dot of a thing she'll be missed. The kitchen where she spent 99.9% of her time already seems a strangely quiet place without her nagging for a cuddle or some biscuits.

She's now in the garden beside Bramble who we lost a couple of months ago.

RIP Chippy

So sorry to read this Phil, it seems like only yesterday you were telling us about losing Bramble, it just isn't fair that you've lost another much loved pet so quickly.

I can understand why such a lovely lady has left a big gap in your household.

RIP beautiful Chippy xx

Tell her she'll just have to pump up her muscles now for cuddling Paddy and Murphy

She's a lovely little thing, sorry to hear about what's happened.
It's so sweet that your other cat was washing her.
RIP Chippy.
