Very frosty out there again this morning. Am making a fruit cake this morning but nothing else planned

Morning.....we have snow!!! The dogs are having a great time

We have snow as well, but not even half an inch. Was minus 3C last night. Xena has been out rolling in it


Both Alena and I are feeling tired, that is one side effect of the jab apparently, but there's nothing going on today so we'll just take it easy and hope to be back to normal tomorrow.

Lol...we have enough snow to disrupt the buses, Steve will struggle getting out to go to work, h doesn't start until 3.40 today...if it gets heavy again he will have to ring them and say he is stuck at home

Snow here too and been out with the dog, lovely walk and on the way back met by chance my niece who spent 20 minute throwing snowballs for her. LOL Gert loved it.
Obviously not seeing many people due to lockdown restrictions. Kate enjoyed it too I think. 29 going on 9.....LOL

Had a lovely roast dinner. Now listening to radio WM the gardening show.

I want one flower pot and some peat/compost to replant my aloe Vera, do you think I can get it? Nope. Will go to gardening shop tomorrow which is just round the corner and hope. Have a good evening peeps.

Yes Kazz, I did finish Steve's tax account and got it submitted online. He couldn't pay his National Insurance stamp because for some reason they were not accepting personal credit/debit cards but I think they will send him a bill in October next, it's only £159. He didn't earn enough to pay tax thanks to Covid.

I hope everyone is keeping safe and well.

Hopefully this coming year will be better financially for him and once you have had your jabs he should be able to return to work in the fullest sense I suspect. Its been a tough year but we are coming through.
