Meet Sandy!!!

Well I went to Petsmart today to get dog food containers for our vacation trip and I came home with a 1.5 year old Snowshoe Kitty. She was taken to the Humane Society by her previous owners cause they didnt want to be burdend with moving with her The lady at the adoption center told me that for the 3 days that she has been there she has been so scared and shy and hasnt opened up to anyone. But she was so sweet and was playing with my finger as I moved it on the glass. I wasnt even looking for a kitty but the second she layed her head on my shoulder I couldnt resist. She came with the name 'Milkshake' but me nor hubby liked it. SO Sandy it became.

She LOVES catnip!!

Thanks Guys No she isnt going with us. I have someone that is coming to watch my other cat, so the two of them are staying home. Like I said I wasnt planning on getting her but the lady said that she should be just fine. I have been keeping her in the bathroom at night or when we arent home but she has been out to explore other than that. She is doing so well and everyone is adapting quickly to her. She has been setting rules for everyone LOL. This morning when I went into the bathroom she greeted me with a meow and then lots of purrs She is such a sweet girl and I cant imagine why her last owners gave her up.

It makes me ashamed to be human sometimes the way some people can just give up beautiful creatures like that.

But lucky you, and lucky her to get such a good home, she's gorgeous
