My old boy is struggling.

I don`t think it will be long now. I was hoping he`d pass on in his sleep so I wouldn`t have to make the decision but tonight I found him unable to get up, with his lumpy leg bleeding, very distressed.
I`ve tidied him up and put him to bed, but I think he`ll be leaving us soon.
It never gets any easier though.

Aww Bless ya! *Hugs*

I know how you're feeling I wanted my old boy to fall asleep, but he kept hanging on. In the end he went just how you are describing your old boy (Couldn't get up) so we had to make the decision for him.

It's horrible.......

Thinking of you x

Sending hugs to you Claire. I'm sure you've given him a great life though. It's never easy though is it? All the best.

xx
