Woman who starved Snowy sentenced yesterday

For what she did I thought that was rather lenient to say the least

if it would only take a few harsh custodial sentences in a blaze of publicity to save just one dogs life it would be worth while and a deterrent to scumbags like this woman.

No point having a maximum 20k fine - people like her who live in that squalor probably arent good for it anyway but i custodial sentence would be a short sharp shock to her
