Wheelchair night mare

Well as you now i have been waiting for my wheelchair, well i got a letter saying that it will upto 10wks wait as they are waiting on a new batch. I thought oh well at least i now its coming. What happens 2 days later i am out came back to note saying they had tried to deliver it no phone call nothing so how was i meant to know.

So i phone them and tell them this, the lady looks up my details Oh we dont have a number for you. SO i give her my mobile number she said i will call you. Well that was a week ago and no call nothing so what have they done my chair that its still not been delivered i am getting really fed up as walking is really taking its toll on me now.

so will have to call them again tom to see what they doing i have the dog walking thing to put on it and really want to feel good again and start to walk my babys even if only the small ones first.

OHHHHHHHHhhh i want to scream.

sorry guys feel like i am braking down at the mo.

Some company's inefficiency amazes me. How they manage to stay in business is beyond belief sometimes.

thanks guys, its my doctor who chased it for me, i will phone in the morning and see if i get any where if not i am at the doctors so will get him to.
